1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and cd45 ("cd45", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services provided via cd45.io and any associated mobile or desktop interface. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the cd45 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cd45 platform and close your account. 4.1 Deposit Processing

6Bonuses & Promotions

cd45 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which supplement and in cases of conflict take precedence over these general Terms.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses have an expiry period specified in their individual terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.

6.2 Promotional Integrity

Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse promotional terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk, or using automated software to meet wagering requirements — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cd45 will void any winnings generated through such behaviour and may permanently terminate the relevant account.

7Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the cd45 platform. Sport-specific rules are published separately in the relevant game sections of cd45.io and should be consulted before placing wagers on any market.

7.1 Bet Placement

A bet is not valid until it has been confirmed by cd45's system and a bet reference number has been issued. In cases of technical failure during bet placement, the outcome of the bet will be determined by the data held on cd45's servers — the server record is definitive in all cases of dispute.

7.2 Odds and Markets

All odds displayed on cd45 are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. cd45 reserves the right to suspend or remove markets at any time, including for live in-play events, without prior notice. Obvious error odds — where a price has been published due to a human or technical error that results in a materially incorrect price — may be voided by cd45 at its sole discretion, whether or not the bet has been accepted.

7.3 Maximum Payout Limits

cd45 applies maximum payout limits per sport, market type, and event. These limits are displayed in the betting interface at the time of bet placement. Any winnings calculated above the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit. 7.4 Cancellations and Voids

A bet may be voided by cd45 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the market was offered in error; the integrity of the event is under investigation; or a technical error affected the odds or market availability. Voided bets are returned to the member's account as a stake refund.

8Casino & Game Rules

10Account Suspension & Termination

cd45 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering
• Receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider associated with your account
• Court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a law enforcement authority
• At the member's own request, including via the self-exclusion process

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, cd45 will aim to complete the review and communicate a decision within 14 business days. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned in full. If a material breach is confirmed, cd45 may permanently close the account and retain any bonus-derived winnings, returning only the verified real-money principal where required by applicable regulation.

14Amendments to These Terms

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which cd45 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through cd45's support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration institution.
